Authorized by the Guizhou Provincial Government, the Guizhou Jianfeng Chemical Industrial Stock Company Ltd was launched with a new management system, by means of the capital recomposed, which is based on the former Qiannan Prefecture Na5P3O10 Factory, Guizhou Province. The registered capital of the Company is 34,036,400 Yuan, 52.69% of which is the state-owned stock and 39.88% the employees-owned.

　　The main factory of the Company lies in Daping Town, Duyun City Guizhou Province, where the convenient Gui-Xin Freeway passes by. The Company covers an area of 113300 m2, which is a key enterprise of light industry in Guizhou Province, and one of the second kinds of large-scale enterprises of the state. Through technical alterations at twice, the Company can produce 100,000 tons of Na5P3O10, 110,000 tons of industrial phosphoric acid (H3PO4) in the concentration of 75% and 40,000 tons of H3PO4 of 85% per year, along with other series of phosphoric products. The capital assets of the Company are 60,500,000 Yuan. There are over 500 employees, 124 of whom are technicians. The Fuquan Jianfeng Corporation Ltd,a sub-corporation, is able to produce 50,000 tons of Na5P3O10 per year. Altogether, they can produce 150,000 tons of Na5P3O10 per year.

　　The product of “Jianfeng” Na5P3O10, that the Company mainly produces meets the first-class standard of GB9983-88 with an excellent quality and stable performance. And the phosphoric acid H3PO4 meets the first-class standard of GB2091-80. Each of them has been awarded the title of “Guizhou Name Brand.”
The Company produces various products of Na5P3O10 of different classes and concentrations, together with those for food. It has also successfully developed new products like the heated H3PO4 that is edible and the hydrated Na5P3O10 with low arsenic. The techniques of producing them are in the highest flight throughout the country.

　　Since 1996, the “Jianfeng” Na5P3O10 has always been at the forefront in the flight among those similar products at home, not only in quality, output, sale volume, but also for its low material wastage and, high benefits and taxes. In 2000,39,380.225 tons of Na5P3O10 were exported, occupying 44.62% of the sale volume; and in 2001,55810 tons were exported, occupying 54% of the sale volume, with the total export income of 182,250,000 Yuan and per profit of 40,000 US dollars. The output, sale volume, and exportation volume of it took the first place in 1998,1999, and 2000 in China. It has achieved the attestation of GB/T19001-ISO9001. The rank of credit of the Company is AA. The Qiannan Prefecture Branch of China Construction Bank provides the Company a loan of 45,000,000 Yuan.

　　The “Jianfeng” products of Na5P3O10 are sold all over the compound scour factories like Lihua United, Shanxi Nanfeng Group, Zhejiang Nice Corporation, P&G, Shanghai White Cat,Xuzhou Hangao,Guilin Hangao, and many states in Mid-Asia, Southwest Asia like lran, Jordan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, as well as in England, South Africa, Australia, etc. The subsidiary and united enterprises of the Company also produce yellow phosphor, the “Zhuang Zhuang” silicon and calcium fertilizer, “Sheng Niu” compound fertilizer, and so on .
